I have been using this facility for 23 years. The were a good automotive service provider before Integrity took over the business. They are an exceptionally good automotive service provider ever since Integrity took the business over. Quality service, accurate diagnosis, no errors or mistakes. Complete repairs without errors or mistakes. Excellent customer service. Work is done on time, and in full for the estimated price. Jon, Robbie and Jeremy and all of their mechanics are real masters at their trade.

This morning 10° on a Saturday with potentially the worst snow storm we've had in Louisville since the 90s blowin in Jason was here in the driveway working on the van. I thought i was gonna be down all week because of the front end deciding to let a wheel loose on me. The Man was here racing the snow. Sure enough he wrapped up as it started to fall. 100% satisfied! Highly recommend! Great work, Certified( obviously noticed while in action) Licensed, Insured, Reliable, Dependable, Cost friendly. Anyone i know that has automotive issues will be getting pointed to Integrity Automotive LLC by me. It says it in the name, its printed on the truck. INTEGRITY! Thank You Jason!!

If I could give ten stars I would!!! Efficient, timely, HONEST, and thorough. I have been searching for a new go-to car shop that is trustworthy & reliable, and I’ve definitely found that with Integrity Automotive Solutions in Peewee Valley. Although it’s not necessarily a convenient distance, it is WELL WORTH IT. Will certainly be returning my business with them for all future car-related matters. Thank you all so much! I can't recommend Jason and his staff enough! He did amazing work on our cars for an extremely fair price. I have recommended Jason to all my friends and coworkers who are looking for a mechanic in the Louisville area. He is the only mechanic I will go to as long as I live in Louisville.
