My husband & I have been bringing our 4 cars to Luke at Integrity Motors for over 7 years, mostly for new tires and tire change overs. Always done right and on time. Today was the first time Norman ( my Husband ) brought his 1988 Mustang GT to Integrity, mostly because he does the work himself on it. However he go in a little over his head on a new set of 1 piece headlights he bought that came with no instillation instructions. Luke and Matt got the old 3 piece ones out and wired, bolted in, and properly adjusted the new ones in a couple of hours. They work great & are much brighter than the stock 28 year old ones! It's great to be able to take my car to a place where I can trust the diagnosis and recommendations because they are explained in detail, defective parts are shown to me and explained, detailed diagnostic reports are provided and helpful guidance is given for purchases such as tires.

Mercedes E320 owner from Sharon NH. It's hard to find mechanics that really know electronics and parts for late 90s imports. Luke and Matt know their stuff and they fix it right the first time, and they don't run up hourly work costs. Best value for import mechanic I have found

"Integrity" does not apply. Luke told me he had to send out the DME and EWS module of our 2002 BMW X5. He told me he sent it to BBA re manufacturing. That he did. He told us they charged him $340 for their work in repairing the module. I contacted BBA. They didn't find any issues with either the DME or EWS module. The invoice directly from BBA re manufacturing instead reflects a charge of $65. That's over a 400 % markup. I could understand 50%... Below he says BBA charged him $340 for it however the invoice from BBA again says differently. He didn't put the vehicle back together completely either. There are missing bolts to the ECU cover, two relays were not fully inserted. The bolts that hold the rear air compressor down were less than hand tight. Two panels to protect the ele
