if I can give no starts I would , when doing business especially car biz its important to take mind how your treated by sales personal along with making sure your receiving the accurate information the timing punctuality of this dealership is way below parr , waited over 48 hours just to hear a response back one application status , was given call back times that were never held up to the point where I had to go in to the dealership personally and ON TOP of that waited over an hour to be helped , just to be told that the wy they were org going to do the sale was not valid , so therefore I voiced my frustration and time wasted and was asked to leave ............ I do a lot of car business here in Nevada and by. farrr ,,, disgusted with this customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The sales process felt misleading and unprofessional. I was given promises that were not kept, and once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service dropped completely. The car was not in the condition I was told it would be, and when I tried to address the issues, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. Buying a car should feel like an exciting and trustworthy process, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable place to purchase a vehicle.

10/10 highly recommend! Just drove off the lot, really amazing service and Dama, who helped me, she’s amazing and gave me the best deal with 560+ credit score. They are a legit business so check em out!

Where do I start … Martin is one of the best sales representatives and I 100000% recommend you asking for him. He is really understandable and will help you look for a car you want. Rate this place a 5/5.

Warning DO Not buy car’s from this dealership they buy broken cars and fix them just enough so it gets you 50 miles then the problems start they lie to you they won’t help you if it’s only been 50 miles I bought a 2015 Porsche macan s 50 miles later it needs a transmission replacement of 32000 dollars the car was 16k with 71k miles they lie to you and will not help you when it comes to the car you buy from them even if it’s only been a day I would never recommend them to anyone watch out!!!!!
