I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received at this body shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting my car back to perfect condition. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The quality of the work is absolutely top-notch. you would never know it had any damage at all. The paint match is flawless, the detailing was immaculate, and everything was completed right on schedule. The manager Sam, made sure I left happy, he is the BEST!! If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy body shop that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Interstate Auto Rebuilders should be ashamed of the way they run their business. My insurance sent me here, and I regret ever listening. They told me my car would be done in just a few days — no calls, no updates, nothing. I finally called them myself and was told to come pick it up. After traveling over an hour and a half by train and walking, I get there and the car hadn’t even been touched. Total waste of time. A few days later, they said it was finished. I show up again, and it STILL wasn’t done. They told me I had to wait because the paint was drying. Why even call me if the car isn’t ready? When I finally did get it back, I found new scratches, dents, and dings all over my vehicle. The paint and body work looked sloppy

Thank you to InterState Auto Body and Luis for the best customer service experience! We found this place because our insurance State Farm said it was the body shop with the highest rating our area. I filed the claim with my insurance for vandalism on Sunday, February 23 and InterState called me the next business day to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I had to wait 2 weeks until Monday, March 10 for an estimate. Luis introduced himself when we arrived and he was very understanding and accommodating. He did the estimate and we asked if it was possible to call us when the parts arrived rather than leaving my vehicle in the shop. It was not an issue at all. I’ve been a returning customer of Interstate Auto Body shop for the last few years, and I’ve been beyond pleased with the service I’ve received each visit. The front end personnel, Anna specifically, has made my repair process very pleasant and smooth. She even helped coordinate a ride from the shop to a car rental place! Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, the manager, Sam, took the time out of his day to show me my vehicle personally. This shop sucks. I was in a car accident where I was rear ended. The insurance company recommended that shop. I brought it to the shop. They looked over the car and determined that they wasn’t gonna fix everything that was caused by a crash. They muscled me to get my car fixed, but not completely there’s still damage from the accident that wasn’t fixed because they work for the insurance company. Not only that the employees are extremely rude!! I would not recommend this shop to anyone that wants their car fixed correctly
