I haven't been working with. Intakes auto parts. 20 years. It's been always great customer service. If you need any help, just call in. They will help you to find the parts. They are really fast deliveries.

Great customer service. I ordered parts for my Toyota. They were very helpful. They sell all type of parts for all type of cars. If you need help just ask they are very helpful.

Very thankful that this location exists. I couldn't find my shocks anywhere within the same day and this place had it. Huge shout out to Dave who works here who helped me find the parts I needed for my Prius! Thank you!

I am appalled by the way the service members treat customers and public from this location. I feel like the entirety of this locations staff needs to be fired and investigated for human rights violations. I wouldn't take my business here if they payed me.

I have not personally visited this business, but I feel a responsibility to share a serious concern based on publicly available video footage. A man identified as Kenny Ho—wearing a shirt with the company’s name and claiming the location as “his property”—was recorded violently harassing and threatening another individual in what appeared to be a racially motivated incident. He also encouraged other employees to join in the abuse.After researching further, I found that Kenny Ho is listed as the operations manager for this company. This raises serious questions about the business’s leadership and values.I will not support or engage with any company connected to such conduct. I urge others to consider this information carefully before choosing to do business here.
