Inti Tire Shop & 24 Hour Roadside

Tried to get motorcycle tires mounted and balanced, horrible experience. Guy charged me upfront, prices were great but didn’t make sense how he did it. He told me $35 for the front tire and $45 for the back, for those that can’t math, that’s $80. I paid him $100 in cash and he sent me $5 on Cashapp as my change, that didn’t add up in anyway but I didn’t care, just wanted my tires done. The dude told me he does motorcycle tires all the time and he knows what he’s doing, it would only take 20-30mins, I could wait or leave, I waited, good thing too cause he had questions for me, the not professional mechanic. 20mins in he pulled me into the shop and had a part pulled off (the sprocket) and asked me if that’s what he needed to do in order to mount the tire because according to the video he wat

Great customer service! Ken and Conan were friendly, professional and found tires for my car in a pinch. They ordered and had them within the hour. The only downside is they don't have a waiting room, but they got me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, balancing and installation, so they didn't really need one.

This place dosent even deserve 1 star more like 0. So the story is, took my truck custom rims to get a valve change on the rim. He took a long time to do it, once he came out and installed it i noticed that the rim was scratched a bit. When i looked closer it was cratched all around the inside not the edge the inside of the rim because is a thick truck xforged rim, and too make it wost he try paint a scratch with nail paint. He dint want to do nothing he said he never did that and was not going to take responsibility. So i called the police thats how far i had to take it. He admitted it on the body cam that that he scratched it and then said he dint so now im debating weather too do a civil lawsuit with the evidence from the report.

I want to personally thank Ken so much for quickly getting me in this morning to mount and balance all 4 tires I brought in. I was in and out in 30 minutes and paid a great price!! Better price than Walmart. Super happy with this place. Definitely recommend them. Thanks again Ken, you are great.
