Went with my sister to trade in and finance a new vehicle for her, and we had the best experience here. All of the employees were so helpful and friendly- it felt like they were genuinely looking out for her best interest (which is more than can be said for a lot of car salesmen lol). 100% recommend them for anyone looking to get a vehicle :)

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with car salespeople. I was a first-time buyer, and they truly took the time to educate me on different aspects of loans/credit/etc. without making me feel stupid. I could tell they cared about me and wanted to make sure I got a great deal and even supported my small business by ordering some cupcakes. I ended up leaving with a great car and a smile on my face, and I would HIGHLY recommend Iowa Auto to anyone looking for a new car, but especially first-time buyers.

I was working with Alex while checking out an older RAV4. The experience started fine, but as soon as I mentioned I wanted my ex-husband to look at the car, his attitude completely changed. He made an unprofessional comment about “isn’t he your ex for a reason,” which had nothing to do with the sale and felt inappropriate. This level of immaturity and unprofessionalism turned me off completely. Buyers deserve respect and professionalism, especially when making a big purchase.

Great experience! Went to purchase a vehicle for my teenager. Todd was awesome and easy to talk with and worked with me. After we left we went to the gas station and realized the gas cap had a lock. The owner (Sean) came to us and took care of it and filled up the gas tank! The next day I took the vehicle in to have it looked over by my mechanic and he also said I got a great deal! Definitely recommend!
