IQ Car Wash

First time using the touch free car wash at this location. I was impressed. First, there was no rails for the car, just lights guiding you-truly touchless. Second, the salt and debris were impressively washed. Finally, the vaccums were also working. On down side there were some spot uncleaned such as top corner of back windscreen but that is okay since those are tough for any auto car wash-a quick wet wipe is all that is needed for those tough to reach spots. Took the platinum package, happy with results. Will return again for best touch free car wash in Omaha!

Fantastic, clean self serve car wash. The DIY section is great but I went through the touch less wash a few days ago and the jets sounded like they were about to blast a hole in the side of my car. I just realized that there is a soft touch wash as well. 10/10 car wash.

I have been taking both my vehicles at iq carwash for the last month several times. I liked the equipment and how clean the place is. Today I went to wash my truck first and then I was going to take my car. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes for a self service bay to become available when an employee came and told the car behind me to pull up and wait on the next bay. I heard the driver telling the employee that is not fair for me waiting there first. He told him that's the way it is and proceeded to tell the car behind him and that car pulled up to a bay that just became available basically cutting in line in front of the car behind me and me of course that was waiting there for 25 minutes now. I recently visited IQ Car Wash for a touch-free wash, which cost me $20. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service. Despite the high price, the wash failed to remove bugs from my bumper and windshield. I expected a much better result for the cost, but it seems that the wash wasn’t thorough enough. Given the price, I anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness, but this experience fell short. I won’t be returning unless the quality improves.

LOVE THIS CARWASH. Close to home. I usually use the self wash bay but during winters, THE TOUCHLESS WASH BAY IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND WORKS SUPERB. I love the modern look and amenities. Thank you IQ CAR WASH. Please continue taking my money LOL!!
