Iron Horse Customs

I had a remote start system I ordered for my 2002 F250. I took it to Daniel at Iron Horse customs and he said he could install it. Gave me a rough estimate of price and a day to bring it back. Took the truck and system back to him on that day and everything is professional at this point still. It cost me twice as much as originally estimated, but explained to me how long he was on the phone figuring out the programming of it all. Once again that's fine it was more than he thought it was going to be on the work. After leaving I realize my radio doesn't work and it's saying check wiring on the screen. Picked the truck up Tuesday evening and carry it back Thursday morning to inform him. His reply is he had nothing to do with the radio even though the speaker wires run where he did wiring. Sai

So, here's what I found from personal experience and spending a lot of money with Daniel and Iron Horse customs. People need to know that Daniel is an expert at restoring vehicles. He does beautiful work and does his best to please his customers. The next thing one needs to understand is that he cares about the product he delivers. If you're concerned about going over budget, then be clear with him and tell him where the stop line is. That would go with almost anybody. Be specific about what you want and what you don't want and you won't have any problems. Otherwise, I find him fair in his prices and his work is good.
