IRS Towing & Recovery

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I needed a tow this past weekend. This company was sent to me by my auto insurance provider. When my vehicle was being dropped off at my residence, the driver damaged my back bumper by releasing my car and it backed into my boyfriend’s vehicle that was also my property. Now that I’m trying to get this situation fixed, they’re playing stupid. Acting as if it didn’t happen. I cannot believe the unprofessional treatment I’m getting. So incredible & sad! They keep giving me the run around “let me give this information to my manager.” Yeah, uh huh. I’ve heard that one way too many times before. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO MESS YOUR VEHICLE UP!!!

Should have got the man's name, but I had an emergency flat tire AND my car wouldn't start. I Googled a towing company and he arrived in 30 minutes. My insurance company was closed, he was extremely helpful and professional all the while it was cold as hell outside. I made it home safely and he gave me a couple recs for tires. Thank you again!!! Definitely above and beyond when I was panicking.

Issac and Chino at I.R.S Towing are the best in the business. Very personable, attentive, honest and down right great human beings! I would recommend anyone I come across who needs Towing services to not hesitate calling I.R.S Towing!

Local, family owned company - so personable and kind , quick response and excellent service . We will bypass our insurance list of providers and call here from now on for any future towing needs !

Disappointing. The Hours say 24/7, I called for a dead battery, reached an answering machine and left a message. After 30 minutes I called Just Towing that answered right away and received service. After 2 hours still no return call from IRS Towing.
