This shop offers honest, no nonsense service, and they take great care in the quality of their work. After having a lengthy and expensive diagnostic at the local dealership, I had a laundry list of "maintenance" my vehicle needed. The team at Isaac's took a look, and told me what I actually needed and in what timeline. It saved me a lot of time and expense. It is no surprise that the regular customers in the waiting area are very quick to enthusiastically praise them. Thank you guys!

They took my car in right on time – no delays, no excuses. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain language (no upsells or jargon), and had the repair done fast and flawlessly. The shop is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing great work. It’s hard to find a mechanic you trust but Isaac’s has earned mine 100%. They know what they are doing, are reasonably priced, and stick to needed repairs. They do not add work to pad the bill or upsell unnecessary work. My 10 year old car had vibration and a rattling noise under the hood. My sister recommended that I take it to Isaac's Auto Repair since the car is out of warranty. I called and they gave me an appointment the next day. They were friendly, professional and honest. Alex found that the engine mounts were bad and discovered that the brakes were scored and very worn. He was able to get the parts for my car and repair it the same day. He was very transparent and showed me the damage. It's nice to know that there are honest, hardworking people who care about their customers and the quality of their work . I will definitely take my car back to them. 5 stars!!
