Isaacs Wrecker Service

Their large wrecker sent a rock into my windshield today and broke it badly. I took pics of their truck, license plate # and pics of the the huge caterpillar truck they were hauling on the wrecker. I immediately called company to report it. They explained to me that "You could have broke it yesterday" therefore, unless i have a video of the rock breaking my windshield then they offer zero responsibility for replacing my windshield so now I have to make a claim and am out $500 deductible. Thanks so much for costing me 500 DOLLARS ISSACS WRECKER SERVICE!

Great wrecker service. Robert and Jp did a great job getting my truck back on the road without any damage last night. Guys new what they where doing very nice guys. The dispatch lady was very nice and responsive for an after hours call.

Mr.Troy rescued me from the shoulder of westbound I30 and mile marker 169. He was very, very helpful, compassionate and professional. He was also a joy to share stories with. He also took the time to ask my company if they wanted the tractor and trailer separated or left together, talk about customer service..... Mr. Troy is the man...

Colin came out and got us out of a bind after sinking a skid steer. He showed up on time and was in and out in 15 minutes. He had his wrecker And skid steer perfectly clean and look like it just came off the show room floor. Top notch service!

just wana say how awsome Ed was this friday ! Was a great guy all around in the job and got us to the shop quick .. thanks again yall You guys saved the day!! Will always call when where in the area if in trouble.
