While going through the wash, my truck became stuck and would not continue moving forward. Multiple staff members attempted to remove my truck from the car wash, and during this process, my vehicle was mishandled and damaged. Once I was finally able to exit the wash, it was clear that the left running board was completely destroyed and is not repairable, and the mud deflector was torn off as well. I have been a regular customer and have never experienced anything remotely like this at any car wash. To make matters worse, there was no clear resolution or professional attempt to address the situation at the time of the incident. I canceled my membership due to this experience and the lack of accountability shown. I am extremely disappointed, not only by the physical damage done to my truck,

I will start out by saying that I am happy with the car wash. I feel it’s about the best value for the money in the area, and I like that they have the free towels available to dry your car. Sometimes I feel like the add-ons I have with my membership don’t always come on, but they work most of the time. I am a member at another location and I live in between that one and this one. That said, I often visit both depending on where I’m running errands. This location recently moved to license plate readers and the location I have my membership from has not. So when I went to this location for the first time since the change, there was no one at the gate for 5 min and the person on the phone couldn’t help me. I was there before and the service was good. So, I waited until I am in Houston this morning and I went to wash my car again. Today's washing was special. How? From point one to the delivery time it was a good memory. At the point of delivery, the lady insisted that I should check very well incase she will need to do it again. I saw my car, it was brand new. If not the plate number. I am happy for the good service. Please, I shine, continue the good work

Bought the highest membership for unlimited washes as I enjoyed the convenience, the towels provided, and the ability to clean my rubber Mats. Today I went in for a wash, and notice big rails up blocking the pressure sprayer that many people used to spray mats. The staff was always welcoming and had no problem, even offered to spray them for us many times. Idk what changed, but Asked tech today if he could spray them as the sprayer was blocked with metal rails, he says no that I needed to purchase a detail service for mat cleaning. Seriously I’m paying you $420 a year and you can’t provide a way to clean a rubber mat?? Instead you invested money to inconvenience your paying customers. You have clipped stations for those to clean carpet mats conveniently, but now nothing for those with rub
