iShine Express Car Wash & Detail- Richmond

What a disaster! I purchased three services — hand wax, interior super clean, and leather conditioner — and the results were unacceptable. The exterior was not properly wiped or dried; it had visible water spots, and the chrome handles were still dirty. It was clear that either no wax was applied, or extremely poor-quality materials were used because the exterior looked like it had just gone through a basic wash. The trunk wasn’t vacuumed, and the interior was poorly cleaned. There were visible particles on the floor, in corners, and even inside the console. Instead of applying leather conditioner, the staff used a shiny polish on the seats, dashboard, and even the floor mats. This created a serious safety hazard, as the mats became extremely slippery and transferred polish to my shoes, c

Cameron and the crew were great. My SUV looked great. Prices were fair, not the best in town but for the quality of work it was worth it. I got a hand wash and super clean of the inside and I was in and out within 1hr. Lobby was clean and smelled good, complimentary water as well.
