I actually look forward to getting my oil done now thanks to the staff at Island Oil. Friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. Going above and beyond at times to meet the needs of their customers. I really appreciate their positive and friendly demeanor, quality work and attention to detail.

Excellent place for fluid changes. Never too long of a wait. Super friendly staff, never any issues. Your furry friends are welcome and prices are reasonable. I have been bringing both of my cars here since they opened. Same consistent excellent service and personalities.

Absolutely love this team. They have helped me not only maintain my vehicle but understand it better. The quality of their work alone earns them 5 stars in my book but what keeps me coming back to them specifically is how good they are as people. It’s a happy place to be. They’re all extremely kind and understanding and have helped me with my vehicles in ways that wasn’t required of them, but they did so happily because I truly think they value safety, honesty, and want to be in the market of doing the right thing. Above and beyond every single time. I really cannot recommend them enough. In a world of shady salesmen it’s so refreshing to know I don’t have to think twice about who I go to for maintenance and advice.

I went in for an oil change after hearing glowing reviews from a friend who lives on Whidbey. Staff was really friendly and helpful in my oil change process, right before Thanksgiving (November 23rd) and thought they did a thorough inspection on my Lexus however within 3 days all the oil spilled out and I had to spend more money to go fix it somewhere else for a problem that Island Oil caused. Didn’t realize it was leaking initially because I’d parked on grass. I park in a shared garage and other vehicle tires tracked oil all over the garage and the pavement became incredibly slick (photos attached). It took multiple days of coordinating with my neighbors and a few overnights to soak up, deep clean the spots and then dispose the hazardous waste. I now have long term damage to my oil pan an
