Island Towing

I ran out of diesel fuel on I80 and these guys saved the day. The woman in dispatch was on point; listened well, provided an accurate response time and had a pleasant demeanor. Their driver showed up in under an hour with 5 gallons of diesel fuel and even grabbed a can of ether so I could prime my fuel system. The fee charged was inline with industry rates. Highly recommend.

They arrived in the time quoted and Nathan was a complete professional, compassionate to my situation and went above and beyond to get my vehicle towed and dropped off. He was very respectful and cared for my vehicle when loading it and unloading it. He was helpful on getting my vehicle where it needed to go, with me not being from the area I had no idea to take it. Got stuck on a slush and snow covered street, they arrived about 30 minutes after I called and got my car moved the 30 yards back to my buildings parking lot. Outstanding customer service. My only complaint would be the cost of the job. Luckily my insurance covered the $125.00. The responder reminded me to turn it in to my insurance company to get reimbursed.
