Did a good repair and paint but for some reason did not replace all needed parts. Have to return to get it compleated. Appointments were over a month away. Would otherwise have given them a 4 star rating. Went back for a replacement Sunroof damaged by hail last year and it didn't work when I tried it. Glass was off the track. It was corrected but will have to see if it remains trouble free. Part mentioned above was installed and paint was good. Although hood was misaligned. This was corrected but still a tad off. Cost were reasonable but took an extra day to be corrected. Overall they do good work but not as detail oriented as I would have liked. Otherwise I would have rated them higher. They do good paint work but will see if it as time progresses.

I’ve taken my Equinox here two times for repairs. Both instances were great experiences. They were friendly and professional and kept me up to date on the repairs. They did an amazing job both times and my car looks good as new! I will definitely continue to use them for issues such as this and thank them for all the hard work they done! I’m truly satisfied with the results!

Stopped by Isom's hoping to set appt for fixing a leaky sunroof of my equinox. Man named Dennis looked it over, checked the inside of sunroof, poured water to check drainage, then took it around back where he blew out the REAR drains(which nobody had ever mentioned were even there), raised the glass panel higher so that it sat flush with roof of car(what a novel idea!), put it back together & charged me a small fee for his time. Hoping it rains again so i can see if the leaks are over. Thanks Dennis for fixing that sunroof so quickly even without an appointment. God bless you & yours.

Got the estimate saying I would get the car back the following Friday, didn't get it back until 3 weeks later. The frame is still bent and my drivers side door won't close. Seems like something that should have been fixed correctly the first time. Also, when I went to pick up my car, my registration was laying on the ground outside, soaking wet.
