I do not recommend going to this body shop. I had to deal with Manuel. He charged me $3,000 to fix my rear bumper and do some touch up painting on the passenger side of my car. Told me the reason it was so expensive was because he had to completely replace my bumper with a new one, I understood and agreed with the price. I came back 6 days later to pick up my car and my bumper looked a little off. Turns out he did not put a new bumper on my car, he let me drive off the lot believing that he did. After several people looked at my car and agreed it was not a new bumper, I went back to confront him about it. He was immediately aggressive with me and tried to gaslight me about the situation. I had gotten into a pretty bad car wreck on 9/5/20 and I totally assumed my car had been totaled. This team really helped reassure me and explain the whole process clearly to me. Prices were exceptionally reasonable considering the extent of damage and by ten days later my car was completely fixed (the estimate thought it would take a month)! It somehow looked better than it did before the crash. These guys really knew exactly what I needed and got me back on the road as quickly as possible with high quality work! Manuel didn’t even charge me the deductible. Looking back, I wish I paid anyway considering all that they did for me. Car crashes can be stressful! Working with J&A made it so much easier!
