While I was driving from Virginia to New York, my brake pads went out. JA Auto Repair helped me the same day. I called them and even if they couldn’t take me in, they said they would direct me to someone who could. Their friend next door took care of the job quickly and at a great price. This is an amazing local auto repair shop! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and treat you well. They're very understanding and compassionate. Plus, prices are very reasonable and you can trust their mechanics are experienced. A coworker told me about this place as I was experiencing a faulty sensor issue in my Ford. The issue has been going on for a few weeks. Dealership quoted me a much higher price (over $500(!)), didn't have the part in stock, and couldn't schedule a repair service for weeks. I didn't want to wait for fear of any more vehicle damage that may occur. J&A was able to schedule me within a week, the car was repaired the same day, and the cost was nearly half what the dealer quoted. Jamie and Allen were absolutely amazing! They fixed my car quickly and efficiently, and they genuinely care for their customers. Highly recommend J&A auto. Been here a few times. Got me in the same week for a diagnostic and fixed the problem. Won’t bullshit you or try to rip you off with pricing. Very fair pricing and honest mechanics. Delmarva auto repair couldn’t give a set price but J&A did and stayed at the price they quoted me.
