Zach was courteous made me feel like he was appreciated me choosing this location to have my services done. Great experience in parts the counter man went out of his way to show me the information I needed as well as how to install it. Very grateful they even send a short video of them checking tire tread and breaks. Pretty neat will keep coming here! If you are in a hurry go somewhere else though.

We had our RAV4 towed in, because our usual mechanic said he didn't have the ability to fix the issue with our car. When we were sent the quote it was for $645 and when we arrived the charges were over $900. We asked about the discrepancy and when looking they tried to charge us for keeping the part (we have absolutely no need or desire to do that) and a $250 (actually 169 on bill, front desk told us 250) diagnostics fee that was never mentioned or listed. I also asked for the car to be road ready. Fun surprise we go to leave as it's dark and we have a headlight out! Was not even mentioned to us. I called last night around 6 because google said they close at 7 and the lady who answered the phone was real nice and said that the service department was close and that they open back up at 7am. I said ok thank you but me I didn’t want to be one of those customers who call as soon as they were open so I waited until 8 am to call which all I wanted was a price on a set of 4 tires. Which I didn’t get a price all she told me to hold on then the phone and then the phone when to an automated service to tell me to leave a message and I would be contacted through text messages but I immediately got a text message which seemed automated but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and texted the number which my initial concern what pricing a set of tires and no response on that. This is ridiculous idk

I went to get an oil change and I had a box in the passenger seat. I would have moved it but when I went in to check in, they said I also needed something else done on the front seats, so I accepted. I got my car back and my back up camera was messed up, my box with my personal belongings was gone. I’ve called them three times and they’ve found no track of my stuff. That’s very unprofessional and just shows you can’t trust them. I hope to hear from them soon with my stuff.

Don’t trust this service department. I had a noise coming from the front end of my truck that they never diagnosed for over three years. I had to take my truck over to Cannon Toyota to diagnose the issue, and by this time, my extended warranty had already expired. J Allen wouldn’t help cover the cost or take any blame. In addition to that, this service department had me pay out of pocket for wheel bearing replacements that should have been filed as a claim through my extended warranty company. This is just two of multiple issues I’ve had with this service department. To name a few more, I’ve had scratches left inside my truck from a windshield replacement, tools left in or on my vehicle after pick up, and the last service appointment I had there, the technician didn’t fully tighten the d
