Totally ruined my engine. Went in for a simple timing chain issue, walked out without an engine and transmission. Dylan was the one who worked on my car, he reeked of marijuana and alcohol when I went to pick up my now trashed vehicle.

Took my girlfriends nightmare of a focus in for a new TCM. Which Jesse found out had a recall, but the part wouldn’t be available until July of next yr. They replaced the TCM with an aftermarket, so I didn’t have to wait for a dealership to get it in stock. Jesse has even went the extra mile of texting me every few days to make sure everything is working properly after the install. 5/5 would recommend
