Ripped off, paid for a new radiator, they just patched up the old one, I wouldn't have known if the A/C condenser rubbed a hole in the same place, was traveling to Grand Island so had no choice but t let them do the work

We found ourselves stranded with a broke down car 8 hours from home on our family vacation and on a Sunday. J and Sons came to the parking lot we were at and fixed it in no time. He was knowledgeable, quick and fairly priced.

The husband and I are on our way home to Indiana from our vacation and the check engine light came on. Fix finder told us to replace knock sensor. We pulled up Google and started making calls down the list. I believe J and sons was the first we called but no answer. After calling 4 other places that kindly told us they were booked, J and Sons called us back and told us they could get us in first thing the following morning. We brought the part but needed another part that he has to leave to go get. And of course one thing turned into another (no fault of anyones). He did finally get to the problem.. Catalytic converter. And was kind enough to let us know it was covered by warranty. We arrived around 9 am and left the drive at 4:50pm. These guys worked so hard at trying to resolve the issue

Had an AC condenser line brake on the interstate we called their shop and they were there in less than 5 minutes. The R & R took 20 minutes or less and he didn’t charge us a fee for him coming to us. Enjoyed the customer service.

We called them after being stranded mid road trip. They fixed everything even starting work on their day off and working the whole time. They provided a place to stay and worked consistently to get us back on the road. They were also pretty funny too.
