I suspected my car might have a blown head gasket. I called J&B in the late afternoon and Brian told me to drop it off the next day and that it would cost up to, but not more than, an hour's labor to diagnose it. He called me the next morning, having already looked at the car, and said it didn't take him long to confirm that the car did indeed have a blown head gasket. With zero pressure, he gave me the various options on the cost to repair the car or replace the engine with a used one, and completely understood when I told him I didn't want to put any more money into an 11 year old car with 260,000 miles on it. Let’s be truthful, if you don’t know about cars…mechanics and auto shops will take advantage of you. Brian speaks to you in simple to understand terms and charges you an appropriate and fair amount. He does not take advantage of his customers. I will be coming here from now on. He is truly the best!

First time I went to J & B Auto Shop I took my car mom ‘s SUV for brakes and rotors. They did such an awesome job that today I brought my car to have my brakes and rotors done and again they did an awesome job. Thank you for your services and reasonable prices. Brian gave me a great deal on my brakes, rotors and oil change. Definitely going back for any other issues that I need on my car!!!

Had the worst experience here. Had my TDI in for installation of a new turbo and throttle body amd suspension. Waited about a month in total.. For my car to cone back bone dry on oil and it blowing up 10 seconds after picking it up from Brian. They assured me to my face they put oil in it and there was none in it after getting it home and having my diesel mechanic friend come to look at her.. they did my suspension and it came back to me clunking over every single bump in the front. Mind you she never made any noises before bringing it here. Honestly be careful bringing your vehicle here im sure they can do basic maintenance but for any other big jobs I wouldn't recommend this place ! And they also won't do anything to correct the situation!
