Bought a transfer case with a 30 day warranty. Once I got ready to install it I realized the chain was stretched out. The transfer case wasn’t good. Called and explained the issue and was told there was nothing wrong with it and that I couldn’t get a refund.

very unprofessional I dont recommend this shop AT ALL.. he rips people off. & claim you can't test drive before paying. Don't go to this mechanic, don't know what they're doing.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the motive is to make money they are not good at fixing cars when it comes down to a serious issue. I Brong my truck there Jb the mechanic said he knew the issue he repaired so called three things on my vehicle that was never broke down. He was aggravated because he could never find out. What was the issue. Please bring your vehicle somewhere else in beaumont that knows more on fixing cars please.

Worst mechanic in Beaumont if you ask me in Texas. I should have known better to bring my vehicle to this place. Justin is the mechanic he’s not 100% good at fixing cars.
