I have been to this shop numerous times with 2 different vehicles and have NEVER had an issue. I have family members that go there as well. Goodyear sent me there because they could not do the work required.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE . I brought my car to have spark plugs & coils replaced . When I called for the status of my car they told me I needed a STARTER . When I went to pick up my car it wasn’t even starting up the same. I drove it 5 minutes down the road and it began to overheat . I was recommended by the Good Year in Kenner . PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PLACE . Therefore I believe they took my perfectly working STARTER & Put it onto another car. My car was working perfectly fine until I brought it to this place . They made my car WORSE THEN WHAT IS WAS BEFORE !!!

They are wonderful! The first place I took my car to told me it would be over $500 and then they told me the car could not be fixed at all because the part was not made any more. I learned about JB Automotive from an Uber driver and I had it towed to them. They fixed it in less than 3 hour and the bill was right at $200. AND, the problem was not what the other guys had even said!!! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

They completed a transmission replacement which is quite expensive. When I took in multiple times the following weeks for overheating transmission, I was dismissed. I was unable to drive my car on the highway due to this transmission overheating issue and it always shifted quite rough, which I was assured was normal because it was a used replacement. After making a move to another state in which I continued to limit my driving and never drove on the highway or anything over 45 mph, the transmission went out completely. Concerns about the transmission installation was brought to my attention by the new shop and I tried to call to discuss the issue with the original shop, but he never bothered to return any calls. Considering the transmission replacement was barely over 2 years old and

I was referred to this shop by an acquaintance. They replaced my alternator and the serpentine belt that powers it as well as other components. When I went to pick it up the price I paid was around $450. I started the car and multiple warning lights came on such as the "Engine" light. He told me not to worry that everything was okay. It turns out that he broke my radiator which is now a single unit and the entire radiator, hoses and coolant must be replaced. He told me that I could bring it back in 10 days and refused to admit responsibility for the broken radiator. So I brought it to another shop and they fixed it in 1 day but it cost me around $550 more but the job was done correctly and nothing was damaged. I see lots of positive reviews of JB Automotive. I guess they must have brought
