I've been to this family-owned shop twice in the past few years, most recently this past summer, and I can't say enough about their excellent work, their personal kindness, and their willingness to go the extra mile for a customer. I was in an accident in my almost new car while visiting from out of state. My car was towed from the scene of the accident to Jb reconditioning. There were several calls made to me that first week with pressure to sign papers to get the repairs started. As I was short on time (only here for another 8 days) and my husband was leaving in just over a week, we signed the paperwork after only finding two reviews, and both were good. Fast forward to 6 months later, after no phone calls from these people, and a bbb complaint. I was finally able to get my car. My passenger seat was completely replaced with authentic parts because of the mileage on my car. Within a couple weeks, the plastic casing around the passenger has completely come undone.
