After using this place for years for maintenance I brought my vehicle in May 2025 to address a basic engine misfire, They did a standard coil and spark plug replacement. A week later, my check engine light came on. I returned they said they fixed it. Two weeks later AGAIN I returned and the shop said they identified a coolant leak but never fully explained the issue or its risks. Without informing me, they injected a stop leak additive into the engine. This was never mentioned before. They told me to sell my car “when it's working ok” I ultimately had to take my car to a certified Honda dealership, who confirmed that the stop leak had spread through the entire engine system and caused over $7,000 in damage, making the car unsafe to drive.
