A 10 point Buck slammed into the Drivers door, the back passenger door, slid down by the gas tank cap, and knocked a huge chunk out of my mirror. I debated for a minute on who to call. I heard this shop and that one and go to this guy. Yeah, I wanted my 2010 Ford F150 to go to a professional. I called Blake. These guys were on it. If it wasn't for the PDR guy being on vacation, it would have been in sooner. I'll tell you what; I got my truck back looking like it came off Tom Bolands lot. No dents, no streaks from buffing, vacuumed out my truck completely, cleaned Dog Nose prints on all my glass, even installed the headlight I ordered. Had a older car that I was wanting to doba rear suspension repair to. After the repair shop decided they didn't want to as they put take the liability for it if there was damage to the sub frame, the collision side simply didn't want to deal with it because it wasn't insurance work & might be more pricy than the thought I would want to pay. Blake basically said to me that it wasn't worth it to him to fix, even when I said that it was to me. Simply speaking, he was rude and unprofessional. Sad to see JC's turn into this because they used to be the best place in NEMO to take a vehicle. Of course, that was before the old shop supervisor retired. Will not bring anything back to them in the future, not even insurance work, which seems to be their priority.

BEWARE of JC Collision Repair in Monroe City, as it is not a reputable company. I dropped off my car, which was running after hitting a deer. When the repairs were done, they told me I had a coolant problem unrelated to the accident. However, the car stopped running just a block away from the shop. I had to have it towed home and paid almost $1000 to have another shop diagnose the problem. They found that JC's had hooked up the wire harnessing from one sensor to another backwards. JC's claimed they did nothing wrong, stating they had informed me of the issue before I picked up the car. They even accused me of switching the wires myself. We were relatively new to the area and didn't have a "go-to" body shop when our car slid into a ditch on an icy road. A neighbor suggested JC Collision. It ended up being almost $10,000 in damages, but Blake and his team worked directly with the insurance company and had us back on the road in a couple weeks. There was a slight noise after we picked the car up, but they fixed that issue the same day we dropped it back off. Blake emailed me updates throughout the process which was nice. We now have a "go-to" body shop in this area.

We just went there this Wednesday afternoon after an urgent issue occurring with our car while we were driving on the high way. The man who helped us out was very nice and professional. He helped us with our concerns well as we had another 5 hour 30 minute drive to Wisconsin. They were also the only one who picked up their phone and was able to assist us right away out of the 3 places we called. And they also had a reasonable price. They provided us great service and support!
