All around great experience. Estimate was quick, easy, upfront and fair. They answered any questions I had & kept me updated throughout. They worked my vehicle in due to my schedule constraints and had it completed in a more than reasonable amount of time. When I got my car back, the entire exterior was clean (even though it was dirty when I dropped it off) & the body/paint work was perfect. Would give 10 stars if it was an option.

They were very quick getting my car repairs completed and even though they ordered another part after they'd gotten my car in, it still took less than a week for them to complete everything (not to say some parts may not be as easy to get in so quickly). The area they repaired looks like when I first bought the car. If I ever need work done again I'll be coming back and will be recommending to others.

After getting our car back, we noticed a burning smell. It turned out to be a cracked differential that was completely missed by this shop. After calling and talking to the owner, he refused to fix it, claiming that the claim was closed. He also threatened us, saying that he had very good lawyers because my wife left a bad review.
