Parker, Emily, and Troy are top notch!! I had a bad alternator and everyone at J & Co made sure I was taken care of before I had to make the drive back to Murfreesboro. It was less than 5 hours for them to install the new part and send me on my way! So grateful for them and their quickness. 10/10!!!

The perfect auto repair experience!! Had a light on for ABS, my tire/oil change spot (Firestone) was going to charge me $200 just to diagnose. J&Co was recommended to me and of course on the way to the shop the light turned off. They did a complete inspection anyway, saw the code history of the ABS triggering, swapped my wheel bearings so we could know if it was the wheel sensor and then sent me a complete car diagnostic evaluation to review online. Zero pressure to do anything immediately, and they explained all the maintenance items on the list and when they might need service in the future. They told me to take the vehicle home and drive until the light comes back on and then they will be able to tell if it was indeed the sensor after the bearing swap. I was so impressed with the

I have never used an auto shop consistently, but that ends now. We recently moved to the area, and my check engine light came on. Jay explained the problem and the options. It doesn't take long talking with Jay to know that he cares about what he does, but also who he's doing it for. It's easy to see he takes pride in being truthful and trustworthy. Truck suspension went out while headed on a road trip. It got towed to J&Company. While we were out of town, J&Company completed the whole estimate, repair and payment, digitally. Were always readily available for my questions both via phone and text. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and vehicle was ready when we returned from our vacation. Theres nothing like an honest mechanic. A friend of mine sent me to J when the dealership tried to quote me 2400 for a knocking sound from my front right tire. The proposed solution was quite rare to my vehicle. J spent 5 minutes with it on a rack, tightened a bolt, and made the noise go away. We took it for a test drive and the problem was gone.
