I could not have asked for better service from JF Allen, Inc. They had plenty of parts on hand for my Mercedes-Benz 230E, a Euro release that has proven difficult to find parts for in the USA. When I brought my car to their garage, I was facing a limited budget (who isn't these days?) and a lot of repairs. They gave me a candid, thorough assessment, and didn't pressure me at all to stay with them. In fact, the very words were "Before you even spend a penny here, let me tell you..." They were able to install new parts as I could afford, and quality used parts where it was possible, and their labor rate is more than fair for the work they performed. I have never worked with a more pleasant and competent mechanic in all my days, and so long as I call Western MA home, I'll never use another.
