I went into J & G Automotive yesterday (1/27/26) for the first time because my ABS, Traction Control, and VSC lights were lit on my dashboard. I asked him if he can diagnose the problem and fix it. He took me straight in there and fixed it immediately without waiting for hours. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had living here in Indiana. And I’ve lived here for 4 years coming from Atlanta, GA, where they treat customers first just like J & G did to me. It felt like I was back home. The prices were reasonable and the quality of service was impeccable! That’s why I give them a 5 STAR RATING!!! Way to go guys. You’ve got yourself another loyal customer. Thank you for your hard work.

Would highly recommend! Gave me a great price for service on my alternator. Guys are great at getting you the information you need. They even saved me some money, giving me options in what they recommend instead of me paying for a new alternator. Very informative, they get back to you at a respectable rate. And I plan on getting more services done with them. Hope they keep up the great work/service!

To say that my experience with J&G Automotive was absolutely Horrible is a complete understatement. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Let me explain. I took my car in to have them fix the problem of oil seeping into my coolant reservoir. The owner of the business (told me) the list of things that he would need to replace in order to "fix" the problem. Those items were, A.D. coils, Intake Gaskets, an oil cooler, oil, and coolant. Trusting his word that he was actually fixing the problem, I asked him to do a complete tune up after he had the problem fixed, beings it had been a while since It had a tune up. So he also added the charges of the air filter and new sparkplugs. With the Labor included, he handed me a bill to the tune of 1600.00. When I picked up my car, and paid t

They repaired a leak in my evap system and leaks in my exhaust. I can not say thank you enough! They were great with communicating what issues they found and the price to have it fixed was just as great! They will be the first mechanic I call with any future problems I have with my vehicle.
