Absolutely the worst auto shop experience I’ve ever had. I chose this place based on reviews instead of doing the job myself—huge mistake. I brought my car in for an overheating issue, and the mechanic confidently said, “It’s 100% the water pump.” After 8 days, I picked it up—only for it to overheat before I even made it home. I returned immediately. Now he said it was a valve cover/head gasket issue. During this visit, he casually told me he drove over 100 MPH in my car, adding with a smile that he “liked my radar because it shows when cops run LiDAR.” I stayed calm and paid again to fix the new issue. When I came to pick it up the second time, he said the spark plug seals didn’t fit (even though I bought OEM), so he just sealed them with silicone. I didn’t even make it down the street

I wouldn’t give them any stars but I had to do something. Plus when I called the business number it went to a personal voicemail. That was around 9:30 this morning. It’s now 1:30 and I’m still waiting for a return call. How can a repair shop charge a person $1000 to replace a blown head gasket and then tell them when they come to pick up their car that tuner is no oil in the engine. And now they have to pay more to put oil in the engine because it’s their responsibility. This is what my girlfriend told me just happened at this repair shop.

I had a situation where the car I just had bought was in that shape that it would have been impossible to get on the road. We were scheduled to leave the following day and the brakes needed some major work. I stopped by and asked about what it could be and they immediately could tell me what it was. I was told they could look at it later in the day and I said I will be back then. A very nice mechanic took a look at my car and it was exactly what I had been told earlier. They checked the parts, ordered them locally and within two hours we were on the road and the price was not bad. I can highly recommend this place to others. Good service and good work.

They can provide factory transmissions from Jasper. American made and backed by a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. Much better then having some local guy take your trans apart and trying to patch it up.
