If I could rate lower than one star I would. I have been a loyal customer of J&J's for over thirty-five years. I had some work done to my vehicle recently (brakes), went back the very next day to let them know something wasn't right. They assured me that it was fine. Within less than a month I started getting error messages about servicing the brake assist. I go back to them and let them know what was going on. Not only did the owner dismiss my concerns but outright looked and told me my brakes were fine. As a matter of fact he would rather start a fight than stand behind their work or honor the warranty it came with. If he would do this to a loyal customer he would do the same to anyone. Shame on you Mike.

Mike and Jeremiah are both great with the customers and the vehicles! Honest and genuinely caring guys/mechanics!

Called them Wednesday and had a windshield installed on my Hummer Friday for half of what the big-name mobile glass people charge! Very nice people!

Priced way cheaper than any other auto glass company I called. They got me in the next day and took 30 minutes total. Definitely recommend J&J to anyone needing this service. Not to mention everyone was very friendly.

I have only spoken to the front desk at this point. The woman answering the phone was very helpful and friendly. I explained I had to replace my windshield to pass inspection. She explained that the state inspection was included in the cost. Very competitive pricing. Within a couple weeks I will update this review once the windshield work is completed.
