J & J Auto Wash

Terrible car wash, I used it once and afterwards there were white spots all over the car. I thought, okay, maybe something went wrong and they'll fix it, but no, the second time it was the same. They don't answer the phone, they don't care.

Car wash said open so presumed it was and garage floor looked wet (assuming from recent previous washes). Card reader wouldn’t work so eventually got cash to go in after a few tries. Sign said to pull in, sprayed the undercarriage for about 20 seconds and then stopped. Sign never said to move forward so tried to back out and go back in, nothing happened. Tried to call the online number, no answer and no option to leave a voice mail. Money machine worked fine, car wash didn’t work at all- literally takes your money and then the wash doesn’t turn on. Definitely should’ve referred to the other reviews as it seems this has happened before. Incredibly disappointing and would encourage people to visit the other car wash right across the street.

Cheapest car wash in the area for a reason. Half the nozzles don’t even spray. Doesn’t give both soap cycles for the premium. Unable to even take the bugs off the windshield. If you want a real car wash. Go some place else.

I’m not from this area at all, I’m just here on a job. I like to keep my truck clean, and it seems to get dirty here fast, so I see this carwash and proceed to the self pay machine. I try my credit card which is good but it can’t seem to read it, after a few attempts I try inserting cash. It takes some bills and rejects some. So, I now have 3 one dollar bills in it any other bills I had were spit back out. I had a full roll of quarters so I’m now putting them in trying to get to the amount needed for the wash. After inserting the entire roll of quarters the screen tells me to insert my card for authorization. People are in line behind me, so I step out of my truck to explain to them what’s going on and one of them say oh this happens here often, I wish they would fix it. So, I spent $13 do

I went to the car wash on Jan 11, Tues , and chose an ultimate wash for $12.00. Door opened I entered slowly to wash the undercarriage. I went forward as the lighted sign said. It never said to stop. I backed up and tried again, same thing. I finally gave up and came home. The other side was very busy. I went again today because my car was very dirty and now had some stripes from the undercarriage wash the previous day. I did go to the other side And it worked fine. I request a credit on my credit card for the Tues $12.00 wash I did not receive.
