Their work is top-notch, the prices are fair, and the quality is excellent from start to finish. I was turned down multiple times by other places, and even the manufacturer of the remote start system, Compustar, stated that it was just not possible to install a remote starter on my vehicle. J & J took the time to call Compustar themselves and assured me that they would be able to figure it out and install the remote starter, and they certainly did! I could not be more grateful for these guys after everybody else had turned me down and didn't really even care to look into things further for me. The other guys treated me like a number but J & J treated me like a real customer. Their work was absolutely flawless (clean & professional) and their customer service was next to none! They also got me in very quickly and answered every single one of my many calls & questions. It's rare nowaday

The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because I never consider something to be perfect But this business is very profession, efficient and makes appointments quickly if needed. Got a remote control starter as a surprise for my man. Was told the car will be there all day, drop off at 9:30am and car was ready at 1:30 pm. Awesome explanation with using the control and after I got home I had to call and refresh my memory with no issue. Great service with some laughs that brighten up my day!
