J J Express Car Wash

I have a membership there. The past several washes the soap didn't get rinsed of completely. The equipment could use some updating or repairs to wash and rinse better. There's no more pre-wash by personnel, before entering the car wash unit. The vacuums don't work well either. I hope things get better or I will be canceling my membership and use the other washes in town.

Best car wash in town, and it actually cleans your car. Some of the vacuums need repair, though, and are taped together with low suction. Very happy overall, though! Would love a full-service car wash locally one day.

The worst car wash in Thatcher. The kids that work there don’t spray your car off or wipe it off. The vacuums never work you have to bring your own towels to dry your car and the car wash will scratch your car up. I don’t know what they did with the man that used to work there, but he was absolutely wonderful spraying off your car and wiping most of the bugs off before you went through the car wash and the vacuums always worked when he was there. Going to cancel my subscription.

I rarely leave reviews but this one was needed. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but unfortunately it makes you give at least one. The car wash doesn’t even clean your car properly it still left bugs and bird poop on my car. The bush grabbed and pulled my mirror back. And don’t get me started on the vacuums. They are HORRIBLE!! They have extremely little to no suction at all. I saw many people leave with disappointment after trying to vacuum their vehicles going from hose to hose to see if any had better suction. Don’t waste your money or time here.

We go through JJ Express car wash a couple times a month. Good price for a car wash. My jeep comes out clean each time.
