I was stuck on the side of the road with two horses and a shredded tire on the trailer. They stopped to help me and replaced the tire quickly and were so cheerful and upbeat. Simply amazing. Also, the price was so reasonable. Another company could have taken advantage of the situation I was in. But not J and J. I’m forever grateful. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Great service. It was short notice to tow a broken-down vehicle. Called and he answered on the first Ring and was on the road to assist with the recovery. Recommended to anyone needing a quick & easy service.

Thank this man for his speedy service. My son was sitting on the side of the road at 1 am by himself, I called and he was there in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't thank him enough cause Lord I was panicking. Very fast and reliable.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I will not be using this service again. I was not informed by my insurance company or the service provider that they would be coming to pick up my vehicle. As a result, I was completely unaware of the scheduled pickup. On that day, I had an unexpected work commitment and was not available. The lack of communication and consideration for my schedule was unacceptable. Clear and timely notification should be a basic part of the process, and unfortunately, that was entirely missing in this case.

I can’t thank these guys enough. Prayer really does work when it comes to them. They showed up out of nowhere. I didn’t even have to call and they took care of everything in three minutes. Grateful and thankful and absolutely will be using them 24/7 whenever I have an issue out this way. 1000 blessings I ask to be placed on them and their business!!!
