Big Hank was awesome. We went to Virginia from Florida looking for a dump truck. We made 1 stop and 1 stop only. J and J Truck Sales is an awesome place. I chatted with Hank by text a few times before we made the trip. We drove 3 trucks and settled on the 3rd. He has a heart as enormous as they come. We felt like family. The transaction was easy. This is by far the best place to get a used truck! I found J&J a year ago and had Big Hank as my sales guy. He helped me through the process of buying my first truck! I was nervous as heck buying a used truck but he assured me that I was getting a good truck, and that it has been for the last year!!! I came back to J&J for my 2nd truck(the red one) and once again Big Hank was right there for me. Neil also helped me through this process with my paperwork, the staff here are very patient and kind.
