I was surprised by the reviews here. Luis is a great find ! he’s an honest and resourceful mechanic. He helped my mom a couple times with her car. His prices are fair, and he truly meets his customers where they are. He even helped drive it home since we didn’t have transportation and lived near by. It’s a family owned business. Luis started his car shop 17 years ago. I stopped by to pay for my mom and met his beautiful wife and daughter. Spanish is his first language and I speak Spanish. I do wonder if he was unfairly judged from a communication perspective. For example, I know Spanish people are very to the point sometimes and that doesn’t translate well to American culture. Takes Shortcuts and Charges high price Was happy until I wasn't. Was having wasn't problems and they fixed/replaced the relay.... then it stopped working again. I took it to another mechanic and they showed me that this auto shop JAMMED a fuse that did not fit into the slot vs getting the right part. They charged me $440 ....the other auto shop? Charged me 200 for diagnosing and putting the right fuse in.

Absolutely terrible dealer, sold a car with a shot transmission and didn’t even provide carfax or info about the leak prior to purchase DO NOT buy from these people.

Unprofessional. Just called and the guy answered just saying, "Hey." I introduced myself and asked if they fix car ACs. He said that they don't work today. This of course didn't answer my question, so I asked again. He said no and immediately hung up. Get a new employee to answer your phone.
