These are very helpful and considerate people. I live almost 2 hours away and was in town, and my vehicle started to consistently over heat, and I was stuck, unable to make it home at all. Conveniently I had pulled over only a mile away from this shop, and managed to make it there. When i arrived i explained my situation, and was told they were busy and it might not be done until the next day, but they quickly reconsidered and prioritized my safety to get back home since i lived so far away and had no other options. I was there from 2:30pm to 6pm (closing), and they worked the entire time to figure out my vehicles problem the best they could. (If you’re considering buying a 2000’s year Chevrolet Tracker, dont… its not worth the headache) They were also very nice about the amount $ they ch

Thanks J & M Auto Center – Unfortunately, I could only leave 5 stars. My experience with this impressive auto repair shop was above average. I went into the repair shop, upset, and needed my car repaired the same day (6/24/2025). Imagine no family and your only source of transportation just died at a busy intersection. When I called, I was advised that the repair might not be completed the same day. Then this wonderful person named Jose reassured me that I would have my car repaired before the end of the business day. The entire staff was just an excellent group of people. Jose offered to take me home, but I insisted on waiting. In addition, the repair price was reasonable. Plus, my car was still nice and clean after the repair, and that made me extremely excited. José and his team are very honest and nice . My mom has been taking her cars to him for years and I unfortunately didn’t listen to her once and had someone fix my car and I got scam but he fixed the problem someone else made ,I will coming to him forever from now on .

I had to have my vehicle towed in and they fit me in quickly. Exceptional service with periodic updates, very reasonable prices and courteous interactions. I have found my go to service place. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the superb customer service. You definitely made a stressful situation much easier.

I love my experience with these good people. Dropped off my car, they gave me a free ride home. And called me at every point until car was ready, very quick, affordable and extremely helpful. I will be back for any car needs and refer J&M to everyone I know!
