My husband and I have been bringing our cars to J&M for years, and I can honestly say this is one of the most trustworthy mechanics around. They are honest, reliable, and only do the work that’s actually necessary — no upselling or surprises. Every repair or service has been done in a very timely manner, and the quality of the work has always been consistent. The owners (Randy and Mike) are incredibly personable and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain what’s going on so you always feel informed and comfortable. We've trusted them with multiple cars, and now even extended family members bring their vehicles here because of the great experiences we’ve had. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can rely on completely, but this shop has truly earned that trust. Highly recommended.

Very bad shop with terrible service. They had a bad attitude from start to finish. They clearly could see there was already a crack in my windshield, yet they still made me wait 1.5 hours. In the end, they charged me $37 and said the inspection failed because of a thin tire and the windshield crack. If these issues were visible to the naked eye, why couldn’t they tell me before the inspection and wasting my time? This feels dishonest and unprofessional. This shop is really bad. I do not recommend it.

Absolutely amazing service. Had a last minute issue and needed to get a service done. They not only accepted a car at 10:30 am and got it back to me at 4:00 pm, everything I needed done was taken care of. They are clean fast and reliable. Not to mention very fairly priced.

Randy & Mike's team at J & M are incredible, very honest and trust worthy repair shop to bring your car! I have been bringing my cars to them for over 20 years! Saturday I called for an oil change and they got me in and out in less than 30 mins! Dependable and friendly place!

My Truck broke down and they immediately came to Pick it up . Then it was fixed in a very timely manner . I have used J & M to service my families vehicles my whole life and Randy and Michael are the best . You can’t beat them for the fairness and quality . The entire crew is excellent, highly recommend J&M !
