J & M Auto Service - Tea

My battery died in my car and they were able to squeeze me in last minute to get it changed. They also made sure nothing was causing the battery to die. Love this J & M Auto. I won't go anywhere else. They also gave me some hot chocolate.

I will never bring a vehicle here again. I took my truck in to get heater fixed that involved taking the dash out and they performed some 100k maintenance. When I got it back the headlight switch was broken they didn’t tell me about,and leaking oil. I returned it to have the headlight switch fixed and the oil leak fixed and they replaced the switch with one without a foglight option which my truck had before and told me the oil was coming from transmission and had to take it out to be fixed, told them it wasn’t leaking before and it was the power steering hose that was leaking the oil. After bringing it back the third time to fix the headlight switch with the correct one I was glad to be done with them. We took our Ram in for some exhaust work recently. There was an initial misunderstanding (probably mostly on my part) regarding the services we wanted versus what was quoted and the work that was done. With one phone call, Justin and Matt went above and beyond to make sure the service was completed and we left happy. The truck runs and sounds great once again, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. We will continue to bring our vehicles to J & M for service going forward. I'm typically a "service at the dealership" guy because I know - even with more inflated prices - that I'm getting service aligned with brand expectations. It felt like a little bit of a risk for me to take my car to J&M, but my family recommended going there because of competitive prices and good worksmanship. My ask was also a little wonky: I ordered three (3) tires from United Tires to match (at wear rate) the remaining tire I had on the truck. I also wanted to have the tires balanced and alignment completed and for them to knock out an oil change. What impressed me was that I got a call back right away on the appointment and they had my car in a day later.
