The owner that answered the phone was incredibly rude during the entire duration of a phone call of me attempting to get a quote on a job that would make him easily over 1 thousand dollsrs. When I stated I did not know the exact length of the bus he continued to cut me off when I explained I was actively asking the seller of the bus length. This is a very impolite man that should noy be working directly with customers if the second they seem half clueless he defaults to aggression and laughing at us, LAUGHING at us, when we stated something incorrect. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant phone call I have had in ages. I will never be doing business here because of this man.

Fast, friendly, professional service and very reasonably priced! They were there within 15 minutes and got me back on the road quick! Super nice and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this business if you need roadside assistance! They are the real deal.

I know the family personally. They are rude stuck up and think they're better than everyone. Sadly, this company's been going down for many, many years before Jim passed away. And now I think it's just ridiculous RIP Jim, sorry, your legacy is being destroyed.
