This shop is trustworthy and stands behind their work. My brakes on my car were replaced by my previous mechanic almost two years ago and have squeaked since then. He blamed it on dust. JNJ replaced my brakes a month ago and I have experienced no squeaking whatsoever. I am once again enjoying driving my Audi Q7.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about JnJ. I have had several services done here and all have been great. I got a solid alignment done and their diagnosis skills are excellent. They even evacuate a/c lines for you so you can work on your car's a/c system without polluting the atmosphere. When I called other a/c shops, they said they would not do the evacuation because it clogs their system if there is stop-leak but those same places offer recharges which means they would do an evacuation anyways which makes no sense. Point being JnJ gave me no hassle about evacuating and the recharge after replacing my a/c components fixed my a/c right up. Needed something looked at, was told over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged for looking at it, and only for them fixing it, that’s fine. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, her tone and attitude was disgusting, and they went ahead and fixed the issue without talking to me and giving me an estimate before hand. I did NOT pay full price because I’m not an idiot. I gave them what I felt that they deserved because I feel that it’s unprofessional to start fixing things that they claimed were “so quick and easy” yet over charged me and didn’t even think to consult me on how much it would cost before they even fixed it. If you wanna get screwed over and talked down to, then go here!

Honest and helpful! I just made a 2 day drive from NY to drop my daughter at college and they were very thorough with my concerns. They could have told me something was wrong since they knew I was concerned about leaving the car with my daughter, but were refreshingly honest.

I was recommended by a friend to try this place when I was having trouble getting my steering wheel back in place after a dash removal. The owner was extremely rude when I went in to inquire about it. It's totally okay to turn down a job, but speaking to potential customers unprofessionally is a no no. I took it to Roca instead and they had no problem using an air hammer to get the job done...had my car back the same day and haven't had any problems with it (its been over a year since this happened), although the owner told me no one would touch this job because it was a "liability". Even though JnJ is close to home, I'd rather take my business anywhere else. How you treat people matters.
