Mike and staff are amazing craftsmen, they restored my 04 Audi A6 to its former glory after a front bumper smack in Syracuse. The work is exceptional, and Mike's communication was great and told me what to expect as time went on. The car looks amazing and I just want to say thank you to all that worked on it.

Mike does wonderful work for a fair price. I does not rip you off just because you are a woman. He did body work on my car after I was rear-ended. The only problem is sometimes the work was not done when he said it would be. Overall, I recommend him if you need body work for a reasonable price.

Would not recommend J.P. Auto to anyone. Absolute terrible customer service. Dropped my car off to them on a Friday for an alignment and inspection. They let me know I was "first on the list." After giving them two days to give me a call to let me know my car is ready, I called them on the third day to ask what the problem was. Mike said he completely forgot about me (appreciate the honesty?) and that my car was next up for service and he'd give me a call, and asked for my phone number(again). I call again the next day, after not receiving a call. Mike says the alignment is done and I'm all set. I asked him about the inspection and apparently he forgot about it. Im giving NO stars ! this place had my daughters car for 3 weeks and did not touch it ! they treated her like she was stuoip because she was young and a female , the employees are rude and unprofessional! 3 weeks for some rust. I have never dealt with a place like this and will advise everyone I know not to go there !

This will be my third time posting this, since everytume it ends up deleted Do! DO NOT USE JP AUTO IN EASTWOOD! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SHARE. MIKE IS A SCAMMER! He knew the car we brought to him weeks ago was totalled out and gave both my husband and self the run around! Statefarm had to get involved and he refused to release the car. We finally had to get police involved and my agent had to go down there!!! MIKE KNEW HE COULDNT MAKE MONEY OFF A TOTALLED CAR AND PURPOSELY GAVE EVERYONE THE RUN AROUND SO HE COULD COLLECT THE LOT FEE. HE TRIED TO SCAM US OUT OF $1134.00 IN HOLDING FEE'S FOR A CAR HE KNEW MARCH 15TH HAD TO BE TOTALLED DO NOT GO TO JP AUTO!
