I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna 2025 and had an outstanding experience. Adam Nobles answered all of my questions before I even arrived at the dealership, which made the process smooth and stress-free. HB was also an excellent salesperson—he spent a generous amount of time explaining all the details of the new van to my wife, and we truly appreciated his patience and knowledge. I received a great price with no added accessories or surprise charges, unlike many other dealerships that try to increase the final cost. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The slowest service I have ever recieved. I waited 5 hours for an oil change that I had already scheduled. Their waiting room leaves much to be desired as well.

Listen, the ONLY reason these guys are getting five stars IS BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE THEM SIX!!! My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.

Good service but one thing I can’t stand is hidden fees. Regardless of the amount. They charred $5 for who knows what. Invoice wasnt given to me before payment for me to review. Only a receipt after payment. I called to ask what the $5 additional charge was for, service guy said every ticket/invoice is generated that fee. For supposedly towels & cleanup fee…. stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.
