I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Nick and the crew at J&R in the year I've been a customer there. They are professional, knowledgeable, respond promptly to phone calls and call back when they say they will call back. Any appointment I've made has been kept with no wait. In fact, if I've shown up a bit early and the bay is available, they've brought my truck in right away. It's not always easy to find a reliable, reasonably-priced and trustworthy neighborhood mechanic; but I found just that at J&R.

I thought I needed an alignment and a new set of brakes. The mechanic replaced my brakes and told me I didn't need an alignment, that I probably just had a bad tire that didn't wear well. I was impressed he didn't charge me for something I didn't need. I'd recommend and I'll go back when needed.

White wall tires were put on wrong and they was going to charge to change them.They put the white wall on the inside and not outside.Ask to fix them right and he said he would have to charge us when he was the one the one that put them on wrong.Also was supposed to to have a front end alignment.Needless to say we had to take the car to a different shop to have the tires turned around and the mechanic told us we needed a front end alignment.We told him we had one and he said there has not been an alignment done on this car.And to top it off the owner was talking to another business about putting the tires on wrong.He will never touch any of our vehicles again due to this and not making things right.He did not give us a print out or nothing on what was done.

I pulled in a.d the man came out and fixed my alignment on my truck. It was out bad and they got me going and back on the road. Some of the most friendly kind people iv ever met. Highly recommended!
