I can’t say enough about the positive services we just received at J & R Collision!! Our experience with them was exceptional !! They did an AMAZING job in the repair of our Jeep Grand Cherokee !! They went way above what we expected !! It’s so good to see that this business continues to excel at body work and we are especially glad to have them in Effingham!! They are friendly, prompt, accommodating , and deliver a product that exceeds what’s expected ! That’s good business!!!!

Took my car to J&R Effingham expecting to have to have a complete front fender panel replaced. Estimator looked at vehicle and saw several small dents and thought the rest of the damage could be buffet out. Took my car in at 9 and it was finished later that day. It looks Fantastic like nothing had happened. They were able to fix damage with replacing fender panel. Shout out to the dent repair specialist who they use also did a fantastic job. Great customer service, great work, honest and reasonable.

This place is awesome! Very friendly and informative staff. Had my car done in no time and it looks better than it did before it went into the shop! I definitely recommend this place!

Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. They not only were able to get everything repaired much faster than originally anticipated, but it is legitimately better than new. It's quieter and looks sharp as hell! Thanks so much J and R!
