J-Rocks is so amazing! Not only have I been a customer, but I also work with them frequently. I work for an insurance Agency, and they are very efficient and have incredible communication. They always make sure our customers are taken care of. J-Rocks went above and beyond to make sure I had the best windshield. They had received a few windsheilds that were not up to their standards, and for that I am so Thankful that they care about the quality and safety. Amazing customer support and fast friendly great service. 10/10 recommend!

I called, they answered, and walked me through exactly what I needed to do to file a claim and get my windshield replacement covered by my insurance. They even called and stayed on the line with me. It was so easy! Then we scheduled an appointment and I got my glass changed. They even took my MN state parks pass off my old glass and put it on my new glass! Seriously the best service. Location is also extremely convenient. 3 minutes off of highway 52.

Their service is amazing, but the best part is their customer service is exceptional. Very good communicating with my insurance and everything was so easy going thru them. I am very happy with my new windshield and the service they provided it! 100% recommended!

They were very quick and through, in the replacement of my windshield. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and got me in when I was on a tight timeframe.
